Abstract This final chapter considers some of the experiences and observations of an experienced HR manager who has implemented the Five Conversations Framework in several organizations across a range of industries. This final conversation is perhaps an appropriate way to end. You will hear some interesting observations and insights from my interview with Anne Tocker, the HR manager for wattsnext.
