Abstract:
Abstract These women want to work. Although some have husbands who can support them and children to care for, they have not abandoned their careers or chosen full time parenting/homemaking. Yes, some of them wanted more flexibility so that they could enjoy those aspects of their lives, but they also enjoyed their jobs and want to be contributing to the world through work. They have invested years of their time and much energy into building their careers and want to continue to achieve.
