Abstract:
Abstract This chapter will provide a deeper understanding of the key developments around payments legislation and market transformation with a specific focus on the European and US markets. As we learned in Chapter 3, payments are a core service of transaction banking. Hence, a deeper dive into some of the key regulatory developments in this space will be important, to determine how this business is impacted going forward.
