Abstract:
Abstract The articles collected in this book are the first long research pieces produced as part of the Europe China Research and Advice Network (ECRAN), a four-year project funded by the European Union (EU) to provide policy advice and analysis, and support research to the European External Action Service (EEAS). The EEAS was established as the formal diplomatic service of the EU under the Lisbon Treaty implemented in 2009.
