Abstract: Abstract Chapter 3 illustrates Ca’ Foscari's path towards sustainability and its fundamental stages, in particular: the strategic organizational approach adopted; the actions; the tools and the projects activated – in particular, sustainability governance, with the acceptance of sustainability in the Statute and in the Strategic Plan; the appointment of organizational figures; the Ethical Code; the mapping of stakeholders and the stakeholder engagement process; the sustainability tools, with the Sustainability Commitments Charter, the Carbon Management Project, the Sustainability Report and sustainability teaching and research; other projects and initiatives, including the introduction of selective collection of waste and the commitment to integrate sustainability into university rankings.
