Abstract:
Abstract Key questions are—How do we get people committed to a new vision? How do we motivate people to line up? They must feel and believe that they have a piece of the pie! People will help you implement the change and might go with you for a while, but they must also grab part of the gain. Even simple recognitions will go a long way. Financial gains are also very motivating. Being part of a winning team that produces results that are tangible and meaningful is very motivating. People want to be part of something that really works.
