Leadership? Who?

Chapter 2 in Survival to Growth, 2013, pp 9-16 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Humility and willpower shape the highest-level leader. According to Jim Collins, in his book Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap … and Others Don’t , good leadership is determined by the person who attends to the people first and strategy second. “Get the right people on the bus, move the wrong people off,” says Collins. “Usher the right people to the right seats. Figure out where to drive the bus.”
