A chapter in The Resilient Manager, 2013, pp 1-20 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Stress at work is as inevitable as death and taxes. We all (occasionally) get stressed. Amen. But the interesting thing about it is: how often we get stressed, how significant (acute and chronic) that stress is, what the usual causes of that stress are and what, essentially, we can do (or do regularly) about it.
