Abstract:
Abstract Most people can remember their first supervisory role, even if it was as a school prefect or sports team leader. They needed to make their team understand what is need to be done, help them to achieve those goals and give them feedback on how they were doing. The resilient manager knows that you need to keep an eye on three things as a manager: the task, the team morale and the long-term strategy… and that you need to get the best out of those you have selected.
