Abstract:
Abstract The world of work is changing fast. Technological and legal changes can have an immediate and powerful effect on many organizations. To stay ahead of the game we all have to learn new skills. Successful managers and leaders know this — they understand that learning is a life-long activity. Rather than finding this threatening, they are often excited by the prospect. In that sense, going on a training course is seen more as a reward than a punishment.
