Reports, Repayment Monitoring, and Collections
David Munro
Chapter 10 in A Guide to SME Financing, 2013, pp 77-79 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The two most important MIS reports are Credit Outstanding and Past Dues, and the Relationship Profitability Report. Appendices provide examples. “Collections,” per se, should not be a responsibility of Loan Officers: Once loans are judged non-performing, they should be referred to a special “workout” area within the bank.
