Chapter Chapter 5 in Leadership in Balance, 2014, pp 63-71 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract We’ve described the ways of thinking of a leader in balance and outlined critical competencies and behaviors that evolve from these ways of thinking. We believe it is just as important to consider the power these behaviors possess to ensure an organization’s survival. In this chapter, we’ll focus on the positive impact a leader in balance can have on organizational resiliency—the ability to bend and bounce back from hardship.
