Abstract:
Abstract The evidence supporting a move to a business model designed around the human experience is overwhelming. Thought leadership work on the culture, functioning, and reputation of organizations by consultancies such as McKinsey, FSG, Edelman, and Burson- Marsteller all points to the same conclusion: companies improve their performance by aligning their processes to people and not the other way around.
