Maximizing the Impact of Leadership Training through Different Delivery Modes

Chapter CASE STUDY 2 in Measuring and Maximizing Training Impact, 2014, pp 185-197 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Once we had a solid Level 1–6 measurement strategy in place and we knew we could accurately measure the impact and ROI of this particular training program, we were then in a perfect position to measure some different delivery modes to determine which one would yield the highest returns. Here, the primary objective was to maximize our ROI by analyzing and comparing the effectiveness of three primary delivery modes: online versus instructor-led versus a blended approach. While companies all over the world are making crucial decisions and spending billions of dollars on these various delivery modes, there exists little to no quantitative research to support their ultimate decisions.
