Abstract: Abstract Given the richness of the data in the results chapters, the aim of this chapter is to pull it all together. Firstly, a brief cross-cultural analysis is presented of the marked differences or similarities in approaches and attitude as to how leaders engage with diversity across the geographies. Secondly, in bringing it all together it is important to make sense of the rationale behind adopting a multi-level approach to global leadership and diversity.
