Abstract: Abstract The first three groupings of LEAD3 — “leadership dimensions”, “performance drivers” and “stakeholders” — establish the foundations for driving a robust strategic diversity agenda in organisations. These groupings constitute the underpinnings that shape the organisation’s culture and embedded behaviours of leaders and employees alike.
