Service Enterprise

Chapter Chapter 19 in The Seven Sins of Innovation, 2014, pp 238-246 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract What feelings or thoughts arise when you see the word “servant”? When I ask service providers, I frequently get negative reactions based on concepts of servitude and demeaning work. Yet, the definition of “servant” is someone who provides a service or serves in the employment of a person or enterprise. The president of the US and other world leaders are servants. What’s demeaning about that?
