The Reluctant President Revisited

Karol M. Wasylyshyn

Chapter Chapter 9 in Destined to Lead, 2014, pp 197-214 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract To date, there is little in the executive coaching literature that provides a longitudinal look at coaching engagements after their completion. This coaching update encompasses a continuous tenyear period (2004–2014) after the initial coaching (2002–2004, see chapter 8). In this client relationship, the coach’s role had transitioned from executive coach to trusted advisor on issues related to the executive’s ongoing effectiveness as a C-level leader.
