Abstract:
Abstract These eight clients’ perspectives on their coaching as provided in candid executive reflections make a timely contribution to the field of executive coaching. In the brief summaries that follow, the author compares their comments to her view of the key points in each case—with an eye toward contributing to research and practice considerations. As Stevens wrote, “Hearing the clients’ voices about what happened behind closed doors in coaching meetings is a way to strengthen our theoretical and practice foundations.
