Chapter 11 in Corporate Culture in Multinational Companies, 2014, pp 168-170 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract This book provides a greater understanding of corporate culture in the context of the Japanese system of management, which facilitates the creation of motivation when motivation is directly linked with corporate performance as an intangible factor.
