Abstract: Abstract The purpose of this chapter is to present an international analysis of the corporate cultures of the Japanese companies under study. This analysis is for Shogun One in Australia and Thailand, Shogun Two in the UK, and the 40 Samurais in a variety of countries, including the UK, Thailand, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, and India. The comparative analysis involves (a) qualitative analysis of the corporate culture of Shogun One in Australia and quantitative analysis in Thailand; (b) both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the organizational cultures of Shogun Two in the UK; and (c) quantitative analysis of the organizational culture of the subsidiaries of the 40 Samurais Shogun Two is a conglomerate producing a variety of heavy industrial products of all kinds, including nuclear and non-nuclear power plants, oil tankers, battle ships and aircrafts, thus giving new perspectives with a new industrial background. The 40 Samurais are major Japanese companies representing the core of the Japanese industrial sector like iron and steel, electrical and electronic products and various automotive products.
