Three-Dimensional Leaders: Complexity, Soul at Work, and Business Success
Birute Regine
Chapter Chapter 4 in Leading Spiritually, 2014, pp 63-75 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract When we think of spirituality in the workplace, we are likely to turn to philosophy or religion or, these days, mindfulness for insight. It may seem counterintuitive to think of science as a doorway into the spiritual realm. The science of complexity, however, lends itself to understanding the dynamics and conditions that may invite the spirit to emerge in the workplace.
