The Relationship of the Bases of Competence Skills to Workplace Spirituality
Frederick T. Evers
Chapter Chapter 6 in Leading Spiritually, 2014, pp 99-111 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of this chapter is to examine the relationship of workplace skills to workplace spirituality. In this chapter I will discuss the relationship of each of 17 skills to workplace spirituality. The book The Bases of Competence (Evers et al., 1998) will be relied upon for the definitions and information about each skill. The relationship of the skills to spirituality varies in strength. Some relate directly and at a high level while others are weaker relationships.
