Abstract:
Abstract The Millennium Development Goals of the UN include injections of substantial financial aids to the developing countries in Africa. The recent declaration of the developed industrialized countries’ forum G8 was to increase debt relief and expand foreign aid for Africa. This issue begs some important questions.
