Abstract:
Abstract In the work of Vision Casting, energy and momentum is generated. In the work of Strategy Making, a “momentum-bearing” framework for taking collective action on the vision is established. However, so far, nothing has actually happened. It is time to release momentum and engage the organization in executing the vision. This is the work of Aligning.
