Abstract: Abstract I have learned that transition offers enormous value to those who choose to engage with it. I am amazed by how consistently women voice its benefits. Of it women say things like energizing, and surprising, and empowering, and freeing. Story upon story reflected these exact sentiments. Its value is undeniable. What stands between women and realizing this value? An awareness of transition and courage to make the choice to explore it.
