Abstract:
Abstract This chapter attempts to investigate the relationship between an entrepreneurial culture and innovation. Research findings support the notion that the combination between innovation and entre preneurs hip can contribute to an organization’s sustainability, including, importantly, during the harsh economic times that Cyprus is presently going through.
