Abstract: Abstract Thomas came out of his office when he saw Courtney in the common area. “I’ve been frustrated the whole morning,” he said. “I’ve been trying to get some things done but I keep thinking about how angry I am with Joel. I’ve been working on the Donaldson loan for weeks, meeting them, playing golf, and knowing them and their business. I was getting a better understanding of what they want from a bank and from their loan. That is what we are supposed to be doing, right? Understand our customers.”
