Create Your Conditions

Chapter Chapter 7 in The Manager’s Dilemma, 2015, pp 107-122 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract THE HECTIC PACE OF THE MANAGER’S dilemma can make us think things are random, but behind every experience and outcome there is always a set of specific conditions that made it possible. The dilemma delivers unwanted conditions that undermine our capacity to achieve what we want, but to flip the scales you have to intentionally craft your own.
