Every Family Member Matters: Roles, Responsibilities, and Making Decisions
Linda Davis Taylor
Chapter Chapter 6 in The Business of Family, 2015, pp 79-88 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract Founders always launch their new ventures with high aspirations and optimism regarding their success. Some are able to transform their vision into a way of life so it continues for generations, well beyond the time of their own personal involvement. In other cases, companies collapse during a crisis or fade away gradually for lack of leadership. This scenario occurs in families as often as it does in businesses.
