Abstract BUSINESS IS BUILT ON CAPTURING THE MARKET SHARE. BUT THE most successful individuals and organizations know that before they win the market share, they must capture the mindshare—that is, the heads, hearts, trust, and loyalty—of their customers. Capture the Mindshare looks past the profit and loss reports to reveal how great companies succeed by creating authentic connections with their customers, clients, and colleagues, as well as with their own workforce.
