You Never Know
Peter Coughter
Chapter Eleven in The Art of the Pitch, 2012, pp 213-223 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract I am the first to admit that that there are an awful lot of things about which I know very little. Or nothing. Many times in the day I find myself saying, “I don’t know.” (By the way, the next time I hear a politician say that, it will be the first time. Please point out a politician who says, “I don’t know, but I’ve got a lot of smart people who work for me, and they’ll find the answer. Then I’ll get back to you.” I’ll vote for him/her.)
