Death by Deck
Peter Coughter
Chapter Seven in The Art of the Pitch, 2012, pp 131-149 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract As I travel the country visiting ad agencies and companies that have nothing to do with advertising, I encounter one alarming characteristic over and over. No matter how different the companies are, or how different the businesses they’re involved in, they’re all slowly but surely killing everyone they come in contact with by PowerPoint. Okay, maybe they’re not killing anyone, but they are certainly boring people to within an inch of their lives.
