Abstract: Abstract Due to its importance (discussed in detail in Chapter 2), the housing sector has always been the topic of much discussion. In recent times, it is even more so due to the global financial crisis (GFC) of 2007/09 and the lurking possibility of a global double-dip recession in 2015/16.
