Abstract:
Abstract The core purpose of this chapter is to provide a detailed account of various contemporary home loan products. This is relevant for this project for the following two reasons: (i) it will serve as a background to discussing contemporary housing affordability measures (the focus of Chapter 5) and (ii) it will aid the interpretation of the modelling results (Chapter 6).
