Abstract:
Abstract Culture is the game changer. Get the culture right, and a company and its people thrive. Miss the mark, and you lose. Culture is the set of values that drive the thinking and the actions of an organization and its people day in and day out. It is the foundation that creates the persona or brand of a business that becomes the natural behavior internally and that is exuded externally.
