Abstract:
Abstract The last chapter discussed the linkage between different levels of human capital and technological change and how this linkage may serve as a linchpin to economic growth and development. In particular, it was explained how different levels of human capital in association with technological change may increase the level of productivity, by improving efficiency or by shifting the production possibility frontier to provide a foundation for sustained economic growth.
