Abstract:
Abstract Our holistic health is of great interest to the Lord. This chapter presents sections on the key elements of promoting life margin and securing balance and rest. From a workplace standpoint, a key section addresses the presence of life harmony and balance between work, family, and our spiritual life to preserve margin and promote godly life priorities. The chapter concludes with a section on identifying risk factors of mental illness.
