Abstract: Abstract Mr Cox pointed out that, while up to this point the discussions had been concerned with a search for rational criteria for determining wages, attention must now be paid to the question of how wages are actually determined, who influences these decisions and through what process. Consideration must now be given not so much to the question of who ought to determine wages but rather by what system of pressures are wages, in fact, determined.
