Abstract:
Abstract Prof. Reynolds, referring to his paper, agreed with Prof. Morecka that it is narrow and deals solely with economic factors. This approach only partially illuminates the problem of wage policy, a full consideration of which requires that political and social objectives, and a variety of other factors, be taken into account.
