Dieter Biehl

A chapter in The International Allocation of Economic Activity, 1977, pp 304-310 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Professor Philip’s paper is difficult to summarise. It deals with a large number of different aspects of social and fiscal policy influences on location which are analysed from varying points of view. This demonstrates the multifacet character of the topic to be discussed, but makes it at the same time difficult to isolate the set of criteria applied by Professor Philip in order to arrive at his conclusions.
