Behavioural Principles of Systems Design

Andrew M. McCosh, Mawdudur Rahman and Michael J. Earl

Chapter 2 in Developing Managerial Information Systems, 1981, pp 13-32 from Palgrave Macmillan

This chapter seeks to acquaint systems designers and users with some of these social and behavioural principles.
