Abstract: Abstract A dialogue is a two-way flow of information between two people. The important part of any dialogue is the listening. Listening is perhaps the most difficult of all personal attributes to develop. To most people a dialogue is an opportunity to talk rather than listen. In a survey of the kind outlined in chapter 5 it is more important than ever to listen. Yet asking the right questions is perhaps more difficult than giving the right answers.
