Abstract:
Abstract The term ‘integration’ is much used in discussing and justifying particular forms of educational activity in general, and management development in particular. It is clear from its usage that integration is a ‘good thing’, but its precise meaning in use is rather vague. Furthermore, the variety of management educational, training and development activities which are put forward as means to this end suggests that there is broad disagreement about how integration is achieved.
