Abstract:
Abstract The term “management” has a variety of interpretations in the scientific literature, although most of them agree that management, first, is one form of labor activity within the overall system of the social division of labor and, second, is intended to achieve rational organization of the labor activity of collectives as they strive to accomplish the goals they set for themselves.
