Abstract The study of the scope of the legal obligations in commodity agreements is an area of study which concerns the following: duration of application; renewal; date of entry into force; rationae personae to whom the agreements are binding; territorial application; procedure of amendments; techniques of conflict resolution and headquarters agreement. These areas will form the object of our analysis.
