Membership and Relations with Third Parties

Abstract:
Abstract It is a well-known fact that socialist scholars place a strong emphasis on the ‘open’ character of CMEA, contrasting it with the cooperation and integration bodies existing in the West. Without going into the merit of rather old and in many ways outdated polemics, an attempt should be made here to specify the character and actual scope of this ‘openness’.
