Abstract:
Abstract In the course of three decades of life, CMEA institutional structure, rather complex in many respects, has undergone major changes. Certain organs have had their powers gradually reduced — or, as will be seen in the case of the Conference of Representatives, have been phased out altogether — while other organs have been created and, in certain instances, have grown increasingly important.
