West German Co-determination

Jan Svejnar

Chapter 10 in The Performance of Labour-Managed Firms, 1982, pp 214-225 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract The German co-determination system constitutes one of the most important forms of employee participation in management.
