Abstract:
Abstract In all highly industrialised European countries prospects for economic growth in the 1980s are slight. The continuous increase of oil prices has created pessimism and uncertainty, reducing willingness to take any initiatives which contain risks. Apathy and anxiety for the future are prevalent.
